Indoor accomodation
The converted stone barn provides fully equipped and self contained sleeping, washing and catering facilities for up to 50 people. There are a total of seven ground floor bedrooms, comprising four rooms with eight beds and three rooms with six beds. A kitchen and dining room located on the first floor can cater for 30 people in one sitting.

There are two shower/toilet blocks and an additional disabled access toilet and shower, all located on the ground floor.

A linked extension to the barn contains another canteen and larger kitchen which can cater for up to 60 people at one sitting. The linking corridor also leads to two additional single showers & toilets.

The entire building is centrally heated and is designed to cater for those with special needs.

In addition to the above, the seperate farmhouse provides accomodation for the campsite Warden and the campsite staff and is located next to the reception, site office, and camp shop.

Camping fields
13 distinct camping areas are arranged in the fields around the buildings and can host approximately 600 campers. A large centrally positioned toilet block also provides full washing and shower facilities along with a seperate leader's shower room and toilet.

2010 accomodation price list
Four price tariffs are in operation for all accomodation prices on site; these are for Bolton Metropolitan Borough Scout Groups, Other Scout & Guide Groups, Youth Organisations and School Groups.

Prices include VAT @ current rates.
