Training of Activity Leaders for Bibby's
Farm
To ensure a commitment by the
leaders trained at the Trusts expense to support Bibby's Farm
activities leaders should be aware of
the following requirements.
-
When trained Activity Leaders will become
part of the Bibby's Farm Activities Team.
-
The
Activities Team will comprise: activity advisors and sufficient
trained leaders for each of the activities requiring qualified
leaders.
-
Number of
sessions required to be available during the open season April to October,
will be a minimum of 10.
-
Activity Leaders failing to meet this commitment will be asked to
repay the cost of training. Only exceptional circumstances will be
taken into consideration for non repayment of fees.
-
Activity leaders not trained at the Trusts expense are very much welcomed
to join the Activities Team but should be willing to meet any
commitments they agree to when scheduling cover for the site's activities.

good order and is stored correctly.
-
