How to make a booking for Indoor accommodation, Camping, Day or Evening Visits A booking must be made on the appropriate form and be accompanied by: A signed copy of the Bolton Scout Trust's Health and Safety Statement. Activity Booking Form A copy of the group's planned programme. Details of any special needs. The appropriate non returnable booking fee. Cheques to be made payable to Bibbys Farm Ltd Booking Buildings
Provisional bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of completed forms and a 25% deposit.
Building Cancellations
Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks. If deposit is not paid during this time the booking will be relinquished Deposits are non refundable Cancellations must be made at least eight weeks prior to your stay. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge unless accommodation is re-let. Where no written cancellation is received and the booking is not taken up the full fee will be payable. Verbal or telephone cancellations are not accepted. Campsites
Where a specific campsite is requested we will do our best to accommodate you, but no guarantee can be given. A non refundable deposit is required for all campsites based on one nights camping fee multiplied by the number of people camping.
Day and Evening Visits Day and evening visits can be booked along with any indoor facilities dependent upon availability. Residents will be given preference. See booking form and price list for details .Leaders of all scout parties not accompanied by an adult must have a valid event passport issued by a warranted leader who holds a current nights away permit.
